Your acceptance is indicated by any one of the following actions: (a) clicking the "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation checkbox during registration; (b) completing the account registration process; or (c) accessing any part of the 1444bd platform after these Terms & Conditions have been published. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to, and should be read together with, the following supplementary policies published on 1444bd.app:

• Privacy Policy — governing the collection and processing of personal data
• Responsible Gaming Policy — governing player protection tools and obligations
• Specific bonus and promotion terms — published on individual promotion pages
• Game-specific rules — published within each casino game and sportsbook market

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policy, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless the supplementary policy explicitly states otherwise.

All balances associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture without notice.

Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account closure with forfeiture of outstanding balances.

3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 1444bd will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.6 KYC Verification. 1444bd requires all players to complete identity and age verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction and withholding of withdrawal requests.

5.1 Wager Acceptance. All bets are subject to 1444bd's acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and a reference number issued, the odds applicable to that bet are locked and will not change regardless of any subsequent market movement.

5.3 Live In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets are suspended periodically during key match events (goals, wickets, penalties, etc.) as odds are recalculated. 1444bd cannot guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets and accepts no liability for any interruption to live betting services caused by data feed delays, technical outages, or third-party provider failures.

5.4 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled as promptly as practicable following the conclusion of the relevant event. 5.5 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned if: (a) an event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum play requirements for settlement are met; (b) a manifest pricing error is identified; (c) the event or market is settled incorrectly and the error is subsequently identified before the correction window has closed.

5.6 Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-event winnings and maximum accumulator winnings are subject to limits that may vary by sport, market, and account tier. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface. 1444bd reserves the right to apply these limits regardless of the odds and stakes accepted.

5.7 Casino Game Rules. Any account found to be engaged in promotional abuse will have bonus balances forfeited and may be subject to account suspension.

6.6 Right to Withdraw Promotions. 1444bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is terminated mid-campaign, players who have already received the bonus and partially satisfied the wagering requirement may, at 1444bd's discretion, be permitted to continue wagering until the requirement is met or the original expiry date is reached, whichever is earlier.

• Operating multiple accounts simultaneously or sequentially, whether under the same or different personal details.

• Exploitation of technical errors — knowingly placing bets or playing casino games while a pricing error, system malfunction, or software bug is present, with the intention of gaining an unfair advantage.

• Money laundering — using the 1444bd platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity.
• Underage access — accessing the platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by a person under the age of 18.
• Accessing from a Prohibited Territory — using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law.

8.1 Suspension by 1444bd. 1444bd may suspend an account with immediate effect and without prior notice if: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; (b) the account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe; (c) a payment dispute, chargeback, or fraud report is received in connection with the account; (d) the account appears to be operated by a person under the age of 18; or (e) we are required to do so by a court order, regulatory authority, or applicable law.

8.2 Permanent Closure by 1444bd. Following investigation of a suspended account, 1444bd may permanently close the account if the grounds for suspension are confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or underage use, any outstanding balance may be forfeited in full.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 1444bd support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all pending wager settlements and KYC requirements have been satisfied.

8.4 Self-Exclusion Closure. Players who request account closure via the self-exclusion tool will have their accounts closed immediately and will be prevented from reopening an account for the duration of the self-exclusion period. 8.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 1444bd reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts as disclosed in the account settings section of the platform, deducted from any remaining real-money balance until the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fees are applied.

10.1 Service Availability. 1444bd does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party data feed outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. 1444bd will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where operationally practicable.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1444bd shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or any financial loss beyond the amount of funds held in your 1444bd wallet at the time the relevant claim arose.

10.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or pricing error that results in a wager being accepted at incorrect odds or a casino game producing an erroneous outcome, 1444bd reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the original stake. 1444bd will not be liable for any anticipated profit that a player expected to derive from a wager that is subsequently voided on the grounds of a technical error.

10.4 Third-Party Services. 10.5 Player Responsibility. All wagering decisions are made solely at your own discretion and 1444bd accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of your betting or gaming activity.

11.1 Notice of Changes. Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations — 1444bd will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a notice on the platform homepage and/or sending a notification to your registered email address. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter substantive meaning, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

11.2 Effective Date. Each version of these Terms & Conditions is identified by its effective date, displayed at the top of this document. The version in force at the time a wager is placed or a transaction is processed is the version that governs that specific activity.

11.3 Acceptance of Amended Terms. Your continued use of the 1444bd platform after an amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.

12.1 Dispute Resolution — First Step. Claims brought outside this limitation period will be deemed waived.

12.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in English. Any translation provided for convenience does not form part of the legally binding agreement and shall not be used to interpret the meaning of any provision.

12.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1444bd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.
